Web Africa has no obligation to their clients

I have been trying to contact someone to assist with a technical problem for the past 24 hours. Webafrica has no contact center for faults or problems only for SALES..... Their WhatsAPP number just givesyou prompts with no-one assisting for hours. I have been sitting and patiently waiting for someone to respond to my WhatsAPP and Live Chat since they ask for us to be patient will absolutely no help at all.... This is by far the worst Internet provider out there....
