Web Africa has decent customer service, tends to be a bit slow to get back to a customer but overall decent. The internet speed is decent for a person how has one device however it tends to be a bit problematic with you have more than two devices are connected

Thanks for sharing this feedback, it’s really helpful.
We hear you on the response times, even when the overall service experience feels decent. We’re also glad the connection performs well for single-device use, but we understand how frustrating it can be when performance feels less stable once multiple devices are connected.
In cases like this, the behaviour is often linked to how bandwidth is being distributed across devices on the home network rather than the line itself. Things like background updates, streaming, or smart devices can quickly use up available capacity, which may make the connection feel inconsistent when more devices are active.
If you’d like, we can help you optimise your setup to improve multi-device performance. Things like router placement, QoS settings (if supported), or checking for high-usage devices in the background can make a noticeable difference.
Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re here if you’d like help improving that stability further.
Warm regards,
