Web Africa happening not.

Web Africa sold me Fibre and collected payment for it even though its not available in my area. I specifically told them that there is no infrastructure and they advised that they would use existing telephone poles to finish the install, only for a technician to come out and tell me they don't do that. Web Africa is yet to call me in this regard to get this resolved. They have super long waiting times and even the urgent WhatsApp chat is "busy".

So if you guys are looking for a great provider I would recommend Afrihost, been with them for a while and no service issues from the team there.
