Web Africa - full of promises, nil on delivery

Wow !! I have really been duped by Web Africa after 17 months of dutifully paying my subscriptions and per agreement. The service is ********** to say the least. You have to chase them for information and they keep shifting the goal posts. This week they tell you 3-5 working days, next week they say 7-14 working days. And yet you have paid for a service you don't have as you have to pay upfront. No talk of a refund of the money they so willingly took. I am so disgusted by the service !!! Will be moving onto to real service provider with a good track record of servicing their clients as advertised.
