web africa fiber - massive lag - **** support

Sitting with a 50/50 metro fiber package signed up through Web Africa in March 2021. For the first few months things went ok, but far from problem free. Early in November connection went down and had to restart the routers to reconnect. Ever since im sitting with 25 000 ping daily. But ONLY between 5pm and 11pm. You can never get in contact with web africa support. You sit for hours on end waiting for a reply on whatsapp and need to respond to the same automated **** each time. If you contact support in hours outside the time when the problem persist, they test and everything "is working fine". Then the blame must be on metro fiber right. At least you can get hold of metro fiber, but more of the same. Metro will just reprofile the line and shift the blame back to Web Africa. meanwhile you are paying R1000 a month for a line with ping worse than a fking 36k analog dailup.
