ON THE SPOT THEY SAY... companies are build on service .... i can honestly say nothing short off PATHETIC.... 11 HOURS and counting for a technical response from there Willie the Bots... and its not the 1st time . You can not call them, speak to a human... and when you do i will refer you to someone else.... another 3 hrs waiting proof can be provided. Request a call back 2 weeks later still no call or email.I hardely complain but this is unexpectable for a company that is service driven. THEY QUICK TO SELL YOU SOMTHING but after that if you are no 500 in que as i was told by the sales person you must wait..... ''WHAT HAPPENS TO ON THE SPOT'' waiting 20 to 30 minutes ok but not an 1 or 12 hrs.... and then when that person shift ends sorry ill trf you to NOTHER AGEN myt shift is ending.... I BET YOU I WANT GET A CALL FROM THEM TO ADDRESS THIS
