I work from home and the worst has been reliving this nightmare after having paid R2700 for WiFi. I can’t wait for my cancellation to over with. i have paid my oustanding wifi bill but its been 3 day my line still has not been re actived, ive called to be told that WEB AFRICA can only assist in their what’s app chat, I emailed and they said they have submitted a reconnection request but that was more than 72 hr ago. Really! Which kind of a network ISP PROVIDER has no call centre number for its supporting departments. And the worst you will spend 4 hours in one chat with an agent that will reply occasionally when it suits them for them to send from one end to another. I work from home and this has been draining and affecting my productivity. Would never recommend, switch ASAP. Worst ISP EVER, expensive but **** network.
