Web Africa... don't sign up with them!!

I looked to get Fibre though Web Africa but they were expensive for the speed I needed, so I said no thank you. Then when I moved addresses, they suddenly decided to charge me and send me a router to my old address that I don't need because I am with Mweb, who are actually awesome and accommodating... Now web africa keep.charging me, refuse to phone me even though I have emailed them my number. And I am sick and tired of talking to people on Willie the bot. Still no response on email!!
