WEB AFRICA DON'T SIGN

Do not get involved with this company. I was a customer and I regret it. First the only interaction you will have with a human is when you sign the contract after words you will only be able to speak through wattsapp. When you decide to cancel you will have confirmation of the request ( my case a consultant by the name of Donald ) but sadly no one would care as money keept on been taking out of your account. When trying to speak with the accounts department no one takes responsability. I am going to contact the advertising standard organisation as well as ICASA. IT IS A COMPANY THAT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. Mostly of the people I interacted through wattsapp are very unprofessional and clueless. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
