Web Africa dissappoints

On 31 May 2024 I requested 1 months notice on my fiber because I am moving. A friendly lady after many attempt she said she would credit me one month so I can find the new address and possibly just migrate. I said well okay. I checkes and Web Africa isn't in Parys. Since then I have been trying to talk to her but the email is a no-reply. I have been on Web Africa's chat system daily and is always places on a waiting list. Eventually i give up. They don't call you...you are just a number. i am send their router back end of the month via courier and if they bill me again, I will get my legal services to give them all kinds of trouble because this is unacceptable and unprofessional!
