WEB AFRICA disaster stay away from them!

I ordered a Fixed LTE: MTN 50Mbps Uncapped on the 07/10/2024 and paid for it on the same day today on the 09/10/2024 they duplicated my order and subsequently rectified it on their end, today is 14th and still haven't received my order. They requested my ID and proof address and I sent this on email on the 09/10/2024 to Colleen Nkonsinkulu <***> who has not bothered to give me a response on my email I have been constantly calling your so called call centre that only has a sales team your sales team has been escalating the matter and nothing has been done to date! You obviously don't care about your customers and only care about making money, your customer service is absolutely ****! and if you my issue is not resolved by COB 15/10/2024 and my router is couried to me I will cancel my order and I expect a full refund and I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman.
