Web Africa debiting twice!!! Such ****mers!!!

Horrible service!! This company is hard to contact as your agents keep on disappearing each time a resolution needs to be made. I activated my account on the 8th of April 2024 and on the 11th of April I am debited again (luckily there are no funds on my account). Why am I being debited again, each time a debit goes off I get charged. Also I informed the agent that there is no installation required as my place is fibre ready but you guys still insisted on delivering a router i won't even be using. Explain why I am being debited twice in one month (not even a week has gone past).
