After months and months of fighting with this company . I am still left with absolutely and breathtakingly **** Fibre. No one has ever made me more angry than this company. Back track roughly 8 months, and their team still cannot fix the issue, even after sending every possible troubleshooting assistance more than most people can achieve, I am still left dealing with clowns.

Then you get down to their service. Whoever decided that whatsapp would be a good form of support (especially in this field), should be put in a psychiatric ward. Starting a conversation to actually getting anywhere takes 3hrs, being sent from one person to the next is an absolute JOKE!!!!

I have a been a client for almost 8 years - to deal with buffoons now. Saddens me - STAY AWAY. if anyone wants papertrail evidence of how useless they are please mail me before you consider them. And ask yourself if you are ready for a clown show.
