Web Africa chat service sucks

The chat service is pathetic, It is extremely inefficient and very slow (they transfer you to agents who never come back to you or take every long time). If they tell me one more time to 'get a cuppa' I am going to scream. It is impossible to talk to a human. Web Africa used to have good service. I would not recommend them anymore to anynone. I have trying to set up my modem for my new fibre line for two days now.
