Web Africa Charging Me for a Router I Never Ordered — Ongoing Debit Attempts After Cancellation

I app**** only for an LTE SIM card from Web Africa, which I used in my own pocket router. I never subscribed to or requested a router from them. Despite this, I was charged R1999 for a router I did not order. I reversed the charge, yet Web Africa continues to attempt debiting my account, which risks causing penalty fees and financial strain.

I cancelled all services with Web Africa at the end of July 2025 due to unemployment. I followed the proper cancellation process, and I have not used their services since. Their continued attempts to debit my account are unacceptable and feel like harassment.

I demand that Web Africa stop all debit attempts immediately and provide a full explanation for this unjust charge. This experience has been deeply frustrating and financially damaging.
