Web africa charges me for no internet and cant fix it

1 month on R2500 later, I still dont have any internet as a new subscriber. Have about 18 reference numbers from all the times I have contacted them and they just sent another invoice for debiting my account again. What a cheek. I still have no internet. They dont send anyone out to look at the fibre.
