Web Africa can't be trusted and you will not get your money back

Web Africa is eager to get you to agree on the contract, and as soon as they can they will take you money but you will not get a service, and don’t think you will be able to get hold of them on a phone, then to resolve the problem, there is no change of that. I’m struggling from October 2021 up to 23 February 2022 to get fiber that work no luck but Web Africa took my money for October and try to take November also but I stop the payment for no service, but December 2021 Web Africa cancel the account and now they want me to pay R2200 for cancelation, and now to hand me over. The problem is still not resolved
