In July 2024 I was debited twice, still waiting on refund. After numerous WhatsApp Messages, which is the only platform to contact them. On the second of September I was debited for the month , how ever webafrica says they never received the payment . Sent my bank statements more than 10 times , all they saying is it's not clear. When asked for a email address. Response is there is no email only WhatsApp. Please advise
