Web Africa, bright link vuma

I'm a new user paid for it only came 15 days later..got the devise only when I pay again realized that I'm still not connected. Went through consultants who seemed they either don't know the product or acted like they don't care till I found one who was willing to help his name is wandile. The only one who let me go through a sbusiso sizandi who told me bluntly that it's not their problem is with webafrica. And web Africa has no direct contacts apparently so money paid no one takes the blame. Where do I go for my money guys please help. Bright link guys got here after 5 very impatient told me what a hurry they were in...nd was told they will be here before 4 were not even patient told us also it's not their problem. So whose problem is it. All I need to know is who is to blame guys.
