I have been having issues with them since November 2023. I use to live in Johannesburg but have now moved to a retirement village in the Cape. I gave them notice that im moving and returned their router all with the time. I have been hounded ever since. They keep deducting money from my accoint which should not be allowed as I cancelled this last year. I now have to go into the bank every month to reverse and get my money back. The problem is they keep adding R50 every month. I have been on to their chat whatsap have spoken to 15 agents to no avail. Also have emailed them no reply. I do not owe them any money. I have kept all my correspondence since I left Johannesburg. I at my wits end as Im a pensioner 80 years and dont need this stress and petrol running to the bank every time. I have put them on FB andcant believe the people who say they are a terrible company. Ive had a lot of response of people trying to help me. Please Hell Peter Help me Thanks
