Web Africa beyond pathetic!!

I signed up with Web Africa. An Installer came to my house. The Modem / Router was not ever there yet. He told me to call him, if it arrives. It arrived, I called the Installer, just to be told, he cannot come, I must call Web Africa myself. Please note, that from the day the modem / router arrived, I am being billed. A Web Africa agent called me, and I asked to be called after hours. I mean, I work during the day. He said someone will call me after hours, to set up the modem / router. I am still waiting for that call. And I am still sitting with a bill to pay, since 6 May!!! But NO INTERNET! Logged a call yesterday, nothing happened. So, now I am only giving it today, and then the router/modem will be thrown out of the window.
