Web Africa bad service

I have asked for reconnection for my fibre services and they said it took 72 hours. I t has now been three weeks. It is hard to chat to them through whatsapp and even when you try to call their customer care number you get lucky if you go through. If it happens that you go through their agents will say they are transferring you to someone and they drop the call, Web Africa has to be one of the ****tiest company that I have ever made business with. If you want proper service please dont go to web africa especially with fibre. I regret why I paid R1700 for reconnection I should had looked for other ISP.
