Web Africa - Bad Service at its Best

Webafrica debits my account monthly. They debited successfully. Yet i dont have internet??? Whats worse is their lack of urgency in fixing the issues 72hrs ETA? that time i work from home , paid my account on Time only to not have internet. Bad Service at its Best
