web Africa bad service and wont replay to emails

I have been struggling for over a month now with webafrica on getting my money back i have cancelled all services with them and will never use them again i would suggest that no new customers use them you will have endless issues with them and thy will keep taking your money and will just ghost you like thy have done to me i had to hunt down there routers thy sent me even when i asked countless times not to send me there routers but as always thy dont care and do what thy want i sent them back thy received them and still charged me again for a router please if any one reads this please dont use webafrica please thy are useless
