Web Africa BAD service and Improper Billing

Webafrica, has the most unfriendly Whatsapp service, not helpful at all, they can not seem to give me a proper statement breakdown, they charge me for a service i no longer use, i moved house and now paying for the old house and new house connection but only using one, i am now sitting with a double payment due, this is a crazy billing and no way of paying it, there online dashboard says i have 4 products/ service active and they cannot explain this ??? They are ripping me off big time with no proper explanation at all.
