Web Africa bad service

If I had the option of giving webaftica no star I will gladly do there customer service is the worse I have ever seen I have communicated with serval agents and not one of the is capable to resolve this issue that happened on the side and I have been talking to so many agent for days now but nothing they don't communicate effectively with each other regarding clients account I have been a loyal customer at webafrica for over 3 years and the first day of this month I noticed the was no debit made so I enquired about it but they pick my address up somewhere else I give them all the required information and still no one of them can resolve a billion issues then then say no on my name the is no account I have to talk to a sales agent they already take hours to reply to you then they refer you now you have to wait till the next day to get a answer and still no issues resolved........ useless I have called the company they use a automatic transmission over and over again.....this issues will never be resolved I just wanted to make payments that's it .
