Web Africa bad experience

I have had 2 days of awful treatment by web Africa. I have been with them for 4 years. I have been without internet for 2 and half days It’s been a nightmare. All you get are bots that flood your whatsap with the same **** all day long Agents are not available for 4 hours at a time. They seem to be dealing with probably many queries simultaneously coz you are constantly told to hold on and be patient. I’ve chatted to 10 agents over 2 days Not one could solve my problem Apparently webafrica has a payment processing prob So my payment was not successfully processed whilst there was money in the account It was their problem They sent me links to do a payment The links all had glitches So they cause the payment glitch I have no internet and they can’t take payment No updates as to how far they are to solving the issue It’s been one horrible experience in the way they dealing with me as a customer often the agents just abort saying I’m referring you to VR(vuma reach) and you never ever get an agent again So … now you can’t get into the internet and guess what you can’t get out Because there’s a month’s wait to cancel 😡😡 V
