Web Africa are ******* and useless when it comes to customer support.

Web Africa has debited my account for a service which they have deactivated, which I never requested for them to do. It has now been more than a week since I have contacted their support and no one has come back to me or fixed the issue.

They are ******* and I urge you NOT to use them as a ISP.
