Web Africa are ********. Go to another ISP for your own peace of mind

This has to be by far the WORST ISP in South Africa. Not only is the customer service terrible but they're also ********. They will charge you early cancelation fees even if your contract with them expires and you don't wish to renew it they'll also claw back installation fees even if they haven't installed any fibre infrastructure at your place. If you need fibre go somewhere else an not these ********, there's a reason they have a 1.28 score.
