Web Africa are ********s

Please do not sign up for fibre etc with Web Africa. It is near impossible to do anything other than sign up. This idiotic company wants to do everything on WhatsApp which takes hours, and the operators shift you from pillar to post. I tried cancelling I CAN'T, I tried transferring my line I CAN'T even though all communications and confirmations are on email. In my opinion this is a ******** company that knows full well that they are obstructing honest people from cancelling their lines. Even if they stall you for three or four months, they collect millions that would have been lost to them. It is deliberate, i mean what company in the world actively blocks you from speaking to anyone in the organisation. What a joke rather go to proper fibre line company like Vodacom, Supersonic don't take a chance. Call me if you want to hear my full story.
