WEB AFRICA ARE **********

Hi Everyone

I have gotten the worst service from WEB Africa someone **********ly created an account of mine. i have asked them to cancel this account as I never received any fiber from web Africa. They say the device was delivered in November 2020 but they only started debiting my account from June 2021. I don't understand this don't have an active router i have been trying to explain myself but no-one wants to hear or help me.
