Web africa and Vumatel

Hi

I have an issue with Webafrica and Vumatel. I have made payment on the 27th they said my fibre will be connected in 24 to 48 hours. Nothing till today i have been calling them everyday since tuesday they logged a call with vuma to help still no connection and no assistance. Now i am buying data but i paid for fibre no1 is calling me to help. Hellopeter please help i trust you will get this resolved for me.
