Web Africa and Vuma Suck service is wack

The service from both companies was very poor and unprofessional. A payment was made on the 09 May 2024 to a wrong account fortunately it was uncovered ,numerous tickets were logged and I had spoken to more that 5 consultants telling me the same thing "the matter has been escalated it will take up to 24 -48 hours. The latest ticket was logged on the 20 May 2024 a girl named Jeandre tells me today no mam it takes 10 days. The service is ridiculous and I wouldn't want anyone to go through this its unfortunate that i will be taking this further.
