Web Africa and their Road to nowhere client attitude

<p>I Joined Gridhost and felt that they didnt understand my needs to I went over to Web Africa which was awesome in the begining because one feels that they try, but then they bought over Gridhost and it was failure after failure and they say they can offer you services but when u get the bill they put a whole bunch of stuff that you didnt ask for and when you create a ticket they ignore you and bill directly to your bank. Yup ... I have had so many attempts by web africa to debit my account that I had to forcefully remove them and eventualy change my account and many other companies are doing this but these guys take the prise. I guess you cant blame the company but the billing department but then again the billing department is the company so here it is.... BILL ME AGAIN and I will take this matter to court!!!! <span id="transmark" style="display: none; width: 0px; height: 0px;"></span></p>
