WEB AFRICA aka Web of lies

I have had subscription of R399.00 PER MONTH with Web africa and cancelled their services on the 18 April 2023 because I was relocating. On the 02 May 2023 my bank account was debited with a different amount of R529..00 (UPGRADE) Web africa cannot explain why the package changed and why did they bill me after I cancelled the contract and with a diffferent amount

I have been battling have my money refunded. all I get is web of lies and pathetic excuses from Webafrica.aka web of lies
