Web africa, afrihost, vox. Fibre communication companies that don't want to communicate. Why?

I want fibre and I have been trying to get a hold web africa, or any fibre service provider the whole day so far. A wasted frustrating morning. You cannot get through to sales. Their whatsapp system clearly is just for show. How is their business still running? I want to make payment but the incorrect amount comes up on their payment portal. I also need to confirm t's and c's. I cannot get a hold of anyone. The funny thing is the level of service I got when living in Westville was completely different compared to now living in Phoenix. It's like they don't even want the business. I'm currently talking to someone on whatsapp. I requested a call so I can make all the necessary enquires but apparently they can't call me back and provided a number for me to call. It's the same number I've been call all day so far.
