Good day. This is way out of hand. The migration was smooth and all with no down time from Bitco to Web Africa. Here is my is the problem the account is on a debit order and it was working with bitco for 13 months no issues. Web Africa took over the account and suddenly i get an email my debit order fail. I can not do a direct payment that also fails. I call the accounts department, Thy promise me they will call me at 6PM so we can rectify the account. I was telling the attendant i was notified my service will be suspended according to the email. I'm still on the WP page since 6PM with I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying... Man I'm going to Mweb web Africa its exactly what its name is referring W.E.B.A.F.R.C.A
