My issue with connectivity was solved in under 5 minutes by the excellent technical boffin Senande Lusizi after days of frustration. She is a superb client liaison officer who calmed me right down and handled my problem with efficiency and expertise. She was my heroine on a Sunday afternoon and was very patient with my frustrations.

A great example of a caring individual. I'm pleased that Web Africa employ this calibre of person.
