We app**** at Web Africa in December of 2023 for a Fibre line for our house. I will keep this short. Worst decision ever. Today is 12 January 2024. Still no internet access. Their turn around time for talking to you is sometimes more than a day. You just hang on to the phone and talk to the " bot:' for a full day because if you dont they hang up. Tumi of Openserve was my only light in the darkness that tried to help. Even on a Sunday. Can anybody please note this? But pls people, I have already payd for my installation and first month at Web Africa. Please STAY AWAY!! Tertia Cloete ***
