Web Africa

I will like to write a disappointing reveiw on Web Africa, my fibre was down on the 15th, i logged a new request as to help, to this day i havent gotten any feedback besides that my call was closed due to the issue being fixed, which from my side its not, then i try call and use the bot function and i get no feedback or help, just keeps saying we will get you a agent, im so over this as we are working from home and need the fibre to be up and running,
