I have been trying for 3 days for a reply to my live chat / whats app / to upgrade my fibre line, with a most surprising outcome = NO ANSWER , hey so whats new with them. They do not answer their live chat lines , they dont send emails or even ( a sarcastic answer would be wonderful from them) any communication. So if anybody can pls throw me a lifeline, as to what to do, I will be a very happy. All I can think about is mission impossible movies. How does Tom get it right. I had to click 1 star, its too high.
