Web Africa😠😠

This company deserve this 100% I was signed up with webafrica in Desember 2022.R249 was taken out of my account and ever since I had to make contact with them. The lady at sales by web africa cancelled the 1st order and another R249 out of my account. I've then cancelled the hole deal with web africa as there was not coverage here in our complex. They promised me to pay back my money and now it is almost a year later. And still I'm battling with them. On the 4th of October 2023 they took another R750 out of my account. I then imeadently try to make contact with them but with out any success. I've also had numerous WhatsApp chats with them as they just told me that the rooter needs to be returned. Well on the 4th of October 2023 the couriers company Bex Express came to collect the rooter and was returned to Pretoria on the 5th 0f Ocktober 2023 recieved by a Nikki at 123 Havana road centurion Pretoria. It seems that there are a misunderstanding between web africa and bex Express. The way bill number is *** that was been given somany times and everytime they keeps on telling me they did ask for a refund. But it is now almost 2 mnts later. People please be very careful before signing up with them.as I am now also busy with news 24 and also with the consumer protection law. Please call me on ***. So frustrated and very stressful.
