Web Africa
Web Africa sent mean an e-mail in December to inform me that the 4Mbps line is going to be discontinued from March 2019 and that they automatically upgrading me to a 10Mbps line and that the new line is goung to cost me R60. 00/month more. I wrote several e-mails to tell them i am not going to pay for it as i didn't ask for an upgrade. Phoned numerous times spoke to Orion and Mazitembe. Thet both promised me someone frim Management will phone me to sort this out. a Month later and NO feedback from anyone. I am just goung to cancel the contract even if the 12 month contract inly expires end of May 2019. If they don't honour their contract with me, why shoyld i honour the contract with them. STAY away.
