Signed up with sales agent Sifiso and he gave me exceptional service he explained everything properlyon 4 November 2021. Must say the after sales service of Webafrica then the installer vumatel and their subcontractor is horrible and disgusting. Today is the 22 November 2021 and im am still not connected. It is virtually impossibke to have a telephone connection with them except for the whatsapp chat and when i finally through an agent he tells you to wait there is a high volume of chats. I wont recomend web africa to anybody. Disgusting company disgusting service.
