Web Affrica, no support at all

Web Affrica, has no support at all. I’ve reported issues on there Customer Web login site. I’ve enquired again and again about the matter via e-mail. They say via e-mail they normally respond in around 48 Hours to a ticket. We are standing on 696 hours and still no response at all. I think there should be a minus star rating as well.
