Web-a-useless-africa

It's just been an endless frustration with Webafrica!!! Requested a fibre move from my current address to a new address. It is almost impossible to get a same day response on their "super fast WhatsApp support line"! Courier arrives at the new address after I very clearly stated that I am only moving the 1st of March. When they finally deliver a week later at the current address, it is the incorrect router... Can't get hold of anyone telephonically, been on hold for 35 minutes. WhatsApp is an endless loop of "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying..." So sad that large company like that is so utterly useless!!!
