WeAfrica - Non existent after-sales service - WebAfrica

Getting any type of service is non-excisting, except the sales department of course. I canceled my service with Web Africa in April 2022 to end in May 2022, whereby I received a canceled email from We Africa confirming my account is closed 07 June 2022. Somehow somebody did not get the memo and I've billed since then onwards. Nobody (Human) seems to assist on their What's Up service, as I keep chatting to Willie (bot), who is no better than a talking parrot, with limited vocabulary. Let's see if Willie handler will follow up on my query.
