We bully our customers!
Webafrica sold me on switching my telkom line to there side. during this process ive gone from a 10mb line to a 2mb line. and there excuse is because of distance from the exchange.

here is something really interesting. i haven't moved for 10 years. webafrica went on to block me on twitter because i used a \swear word"are you kidding me. who has time for these mickey mouse games?

point is this"

Our guys went over and above to resolve your ADSL line nightmares - and not to mention - they followed up with Telkom relentlessly and kept you updated constantly so this issue can be resolved.
Furthermore, we assist our customers to the best of our abilities, but when it comes to line problems there is so much we can do and in your case the problem is your line. Your ATUR SNR is 4.8 dB: a value above 6 dB indicates sufficient signal strength and this is the signal level compared to the noise level.
Your ATUR Attenuation is 59.5 dB: Attenuation refers to resistance. A value above 55 dB is of concern. If this value is high, then signal quality is low and if it's above 55 dB that means the customer is far away from the exchange.
Ultimately, we didn't change anything from our side because the line infrastructure belongs to Telkom and no ISP is authorised to temper with the customer's line and only Telkom is allowed to work on their lines, hence, our guys advised you to move your line back to Telkom so they can fix your line.
We're sorry you're dissatisfied with the assistance we've given you and we can understand why you're upset.
Regards,
