We Africa's atrociously bad service

For the past 5 days I've been trying to pay for my vuma account and their online site doesn't work it's really left me so frustrated because even the agents I've spoken to can't help with the problem now I'm spending money to try pay them for their service I'm really starting to regret sighing up with them cause common decency would be to send all clients a text or any kind of communication to inform them of the challenges they are experiencing and provide a different method of payment then the most frustrating thing is they keep sending me texts that they need payment how messed up and unprofessional is that
