We Africa Stole R500 and refuses to repay!

I will be opening ******** charges against web Africa for taking my money and NOT issuing the service and now refusing to refund with different excuses each time. Take note if this is NOT refunded by 12mid day today I will place this in newspaper and open ******** charges.
